How to Get Started

We'll make sure we're a fit and go over onboarding steps.
If you're ready to move forward, we'll send you a subscription link and onboarding form.
You'll enter in some basic information about your church, design style, and upload any assets you have.
If you have everything together (most importantly your files, fonts, and color palettes) then this should take about 15 minutes.

Your account is created.
After you submit your intake form, you'll receive an email with your unique link to your Manna Design Request Form.
We post that link in multiple areas all of the time - but recommend you bookmark it to keep it handy.
It works on any web browser from your phone, desktop, or tablet. No sign-in or app required.

Start submitting projects.
Use your Manna Design Request Form and start submitting designs for us to get working on!
Once you submit the design, you can expect it back within 3 business days by 5 PM EST. We'll email you a link that you can review it - and you can let us know if you have edits or if it approved.
When approved, we'll email you the final design files!

Is it really unlimited?
Yes, you have unlimited design requests you can submit to us, and we’ll work on the order that we receive the request with 1 active request at a time. As long as a request is submitted by 12 PM EST, we’ll turn it around in 3 business days. Submit as many requests as you want - and we’ll keep working through them!
How is Manna so affordable?
It’s through 3 things (1) specialized systems - we only work with churches, so we’ve built everything to fit those most common requests (2) distributed designers - our designers are based in areas of lower cost of living than the US - so while they are paid top of their market rate for their experience and living area, our costs are able to come down because of that (3) technology - while we definitely don’t just plug everything into AI, we do use technology and proprietary workflows to be as efficient as possible.
How do I get started?
You can click the get started button on our website here. We'll have a short meeting to answer any questions and determine we're the right fit. Then, you'll be prompted to enter in your church information alongside payment information. Once entered, you'll receive an onboarding link via email that will prompt you to enter in all of the design information. From there, you'll receive your link to start submitting requests.
